The main academic task of GSEB is the preparation of syllabus for secondary schools and also the recommendation of text-books to be taught in government schools as well as registered private schools. The GSEB conducts 2 (including 4-semester type examinations) main examinations - The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam for Standard 10 and the Higher Secondary (School) Certificate (HSC)examination for Standard XI-XII students in Gujarat. The Board also holds a Talent Search for students of Std VIII & IX in five major subjects every year. It is divided into 2 major parts.
Recently, GSEB has changed State level Examinations from JEE(Mains) to GUJCET.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board GSEB will be announcing the GSEB Class 12 Results 2018, Gujarat Class 12 Science Result 2018 and GUJCET 2018 Result (May 10) TODAY at 9 am. The GSEB Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board will put out the GSEB HSC Result 2018 on its official website www.gseb.org, along with the result of GSEB Class 12th Science Stream and GUJCET Result 2018.


The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board officially conducted the Gujarat Class 12 HSC exams 2018 during the month of March. Step 2: Look for the link which says GSEB HSC Result 2018 or GSEB Class 12 Results 2018

Step 3: Click on the result tab which says GSEB HSC SCIENCE Result 2018 / GUJCET RESULT 2018

Step 3: In the new window, enter registration number/ roll number

Step 4: Results will appear on the screen

Step 5: Download it, and take a print out for further reference.

The Gujarat Board has released a notification online confirming that GUJCET 2018 Results will be made available on 10th May 2018 at 9am.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board GSEB had organised the Gujarat Common Entrance Test 2018 on 23rd April 2018 at 34 exam centres across the state of Gujarat for candidates seeking admissions to various Degree Engineering and Diploma/Degree Pharmacy programmes in the institutions and colleges of the state.

GSEB HSC Result 2018 is announcing soon in the 3rd week of May 2018. Gujarat Secondary and Higher Education Board (GSEB) is the main authority to regulate and control the 10th & 12th examination in the state of Gujarat. The board was founded on 1st May 1960. The headquarter of Gujarat Board is located in Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat. The GSEB board is responsible to organize and declare the result for matric & intermediate exams. Every year, Lacs of student appear in the Gujarat SSC examination. The board will release the GSEB HSC result 2018 through online mode. Students those will appear in the 10th board examination can check the result after two months of the examination.
